Earth Energy Enhancement and Remediation
To ensure that you gain the benefit of the Earth Energy Consulting work, an initial payment of 1% of the property’s value should be given before work commences. After satisfactory completion of the work an additional payment of an amount of your choosing which reflects the value you place on the work done should be given
As a guide, a property owner should generally consider a total cost of 1-5% of a property’s value as a token of respect for the earth energy enhancement. For cases where major remediation is required, the percentage should probably be higher than this.
Consultations
Consultations are available to assess the energy of a property prior to undertaking any remedial or energy enhancing work. This is useful for assessing the scope of work that may be required on a property, what effects the current state of the energy may be having on the property and its occupants, and to get an idea of what improvement may be possible.
It is also useful as part of the pre-purchase process before buying a property.
These consultations are available for the nominal cost of $987.
Travel Costs
All costs required to visit the property and conduct consultations, enhancement or remedial work will be met by the property owner, including transportation, food, and lodging where necessary.
Terms and Conditions
All payments are non-refundable once made. At their discretion your Earth Energy Consultant may choose not to engage in further remedial or enhancement work beyond the initial consultation.
